A very usefull website to find apartments in Paris. Just sometimes I asked a few questions, but not everytime they answered me to al of them. I phoned about 3 times, asking to call me back, because I wanted to speak directly with the one who was following me, but she was never there and she never called me back. But it's the most usefull website.

The contact with the agency was quick. I could count on the agency everytime i called them.

Site ergonomique et recherche précise, descriptif complet et détaillé. Les prix sont bien décomposés entre frais, charges et loyer, contrairement aux concurrents... Les photos sont très bien prises. Seul déception, le manque de disponibilité des agents pour pouvoir visiter l'accueil : soit on réserve de suite sans visiter soit on demande à visiter - au risque de perdre le logement... mais le contexte parisien justifie cette empressement...

Réponses immediates, signatures du contrat très simple, tout était fait par "remote", sans nécéssité de visite et sans complications.

La sérénité et la réactivité de Louise et Anne face aux questions qui se posent dans le processus de vente ont été très sécurisantes. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression que LODGIS essayait de faire au mieux pour m'accompagner dans mon projet. Personnellement, le seul bémol de l'agence est l'accueil téléphonique.

Je remercie bien d'avoir m'aider de trouver un logement dans cette rapidité mais au réalité j'avait bien chercher depuis quelques semaine en avance. Je souhaite d'avoir une clarification de plus concrète avant d’être recommandée d'un offre de logement

Une expérience intéressante et novatrice d'avoir une agence immobilière complètement dématérialisée. Permet de limiter les pertes de temps. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu visiter le bien avant location.

Bonjour, Tous est bien. Je recommanderais un peu plus de proactivité au moment de la recherche. J'étais prête à visiter plusieurs apparatements sur une courte période avant de faire mon choix et cela se passait plutôt au compte goutte (un peu trop lent pour moi). Finalement j'ai du louer celui-ci dans le visiter (et je ne regrette pas :-))

We tried many agencies but finally got an apartment through Lodgis. It was a very busy period and a lot of apartments we wanted were taken very quickly, but we were still able to find a home with Lodgis, finally.
