Les personnes sont de bonnes volontés.

Long time to reply to emails, and little work done with regards to research in finding an apppartment. However once the wheels were set in motion and the appartment was chosen the service was more efficient.

Nous avons aboutis à notre projet assez difficilement ( du à un changement de conseiller) mais la nouvelle conseillère a su être plus réactive.

It has been a good service, although it has taken time to select the adequate apartment and they could have made all the process shorter but indeed we are happy with the final result.

Sometime the process is too slow and the staff is not really nice.

Points de force: grand choix d'appartements, trés bon rapport qualité-prix, clarté sur les coûts, rapidité de la réponse. Points faibles: un peu de confusion entre les agents immobiliers impliqués.

Un certain manque de réactivité et d'efficacité mais location trouvée malgré tout!

Toujours eu un excellent rélation avec Manuela Falletta. Avec un autre conseiller par contre c'est pas si evident avoir dès reponses aux mails.

Cela a pris 3 jours avant qu'on me réponde. On m'a ensuite confirmé que l'appart était disponible. Puis le lendemain, on m'informait qu'il ne l'était plus. Par contre, on a bien répondu à mes questions.

J'apprecie l'aide d'Anais. J'espere que le reste de mon experience avec Lodgis se deroulera sans huerts et que nous n'aurons aucun probleme.

Overall good communications and more than sufficient information flow! Sometimes, I wished to have more security in the booking process that the selected room will be reserved.

I would have like more opportunity to view more apartments. the hole process for booking a viewing seemed complicated with time a date restrictions.

I find the reaction time of Lodgis very slow. it takes days to get a reaction.

Deux mails déjà envoyés et toujours pas de réponse de la part de mon conseiller. Ce n'est pas correct. L'accompagnement se fait aussi après avoir payé les frais d'agence!

The leasing options are good, but I wish the realtor had done a better job of telling us what to expect in terms of forms to be processed and payments.

I looked for an apartment for seven months in Paris. I chose three apartments on the website. It took abt. six weeks to see the second and I have after two months(!) still not seen the third. At two appointments nobody attended at all. When in contact the agents were friendly and of help anyhow. Overall I think an agency with a very Frenchy mind-set...

Ich hatte überwiegend Kontakt mit Frau Le Corre, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Auch war es sehr angenehm, Hilfe bei der Wohnungssuche überwiegend auf meine Landessprache zu haben. Es ist mir bewusst, dass der Wohnungsmarkt in Paris sehr stressig ist. Jedoch war es teilweise sehr mühsam auf Antworten zu warten und in der Ungewissheit zu sein. Es ist mir klar, dass Lodgis viele Interessenten hat und nicht immer sofort antworten kann. Andererseits habe ich aber auch erlebt das das Antworten plötzlich schnell geht, wenn es zum Beispiel um das Geld überweisen geht. Dann kamen die Antworten fast im Sekundentakt. Da sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotential. Dass das erreichen von Mitarbeitern per Telefon fast unmöglich ist, finde ich auch schade. Vieles könnte per Telefon einfacher und schneller gelöst werden. Da es wirklich schwierig ist in Paris eine Bleibe zu finden, ist Lodgis sehr hilfreich, speziell wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Daher würde ich Lodgis weiter empfehlen.

The appartmenti is exactly as advertised, very honest and helpful while looking for the appartment, after you have found it they are not as helpful.

agency was fine, the person who let me in is terrific, but the agency never checked during the entire month how the stay was going.

Hasta el momento todo bien, pero recomendaria que para internacionales proponer llamadas por skype o notificaciones por whatsapp. asi se siente mas confianza y cercania al realizar el contrato.

Parfois un peu compliqué d'obtenir certaines informations... Sans doute également dû par l'urgence de notre situation mais je n'ai pas toujours été rappelé quand je l'ai demandé et pas mal d'informations ne me sont jamais arrivés malgré des relances.

基本的に回答をいただくのに時間がかかったように思います。 エリアを指定して物件を探していただくようお願いしていましたが、一度抑えたところは何度もこちらか連絡をし、結果申し込み後に値段が上がってしまったり、別の物件も遠かったりと結局、決めたアパートはこちらで探ししてピンポイントでここをお願いします、という形での契約となりました。 対応はいつもとても丁寧なのですが実際の物件探しに関しては今回に関しては不満が残りました。
