le bémol, car la relation internet ne marche pas avec mon adresse d'habitude, pourtant je reçois d'autres mail de la france. la communication par téléphone était compliquée aussi. une fois trouvé la solutions avec mon ancienne adresse mail française la communication allait trés bien. les fonctionalités avec les paiements très pratiques et Chiara de Camillis était très gentille et professionnelle.

Agency is quick to respond, but when I told them that were certain things wrong with my apartment, they only fixed one thing. The woman who checked me in told me she was giving a second set of keys to the concierge, but the concierge said she was never given a second set of keys. I do not have the second set and do not want to be charged for them in the event that they are missing. Overall though I've had a super positive experience with Lodgis!

In general, I've had a good experience with Lodgis, but during the renewal of my contract, I had a huge problem that was only fixed thanks to the landlord.
