Randa was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you very much.

It took almost a week to get the agent who was assisting while my assigned agent was out of the office to respond to me. I had to move my trip as the delay took so long that I had to change my visa. And I had to call multiple times as my emails went unanswered but the agent who was assisting while my agent was away. Once my agent returned from holiday, she was fantastic and helpful, but I nearly rented from another agency while she was away.

The interaction was overall good and effective. There were a couple of mistakes in some mails related to the agency fees but they were solved quickly.

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Vermittlung. Negativ: Die Information, dass man eine Versicherung abschließen müsse, war nicht zutreffend (die Vermieterin hätte gar keine verlangt). Verbesserungswürdig: Es wäre sinnvoll, Grundrisse der Wohnungen mit anzuzeigen (auf diese Weise wäre z.B. erkennbar, dass es keine Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt).

The agents with whom I had contact were always attentive and extremely responsive. If I were to rent another apartment in Paris, especially a furnished one, I would absolutely look through Lodgis.

Your people have been very helpful. The apartment itself is pleasant, and the little terrace a nice extra. There are a couple of things about the apartment that are not to my taste (eating from bar stools for example) but nothing serious, and the location is surprisingly quiet.

日本語が通じるのはとても有り難く、貴社を利用した一番の理由です。物件もたくさん所有しており、提案物件もこちらの希望を理解した上で紹介してもらえました。ただ、大家さんと契約したとたん担当が変わり英語でのやり取りになったのでちょっと不安感がありました。

Estuve en el mismo apartamento en el 2013 y quedamos conformes. Es muy funcional a las necesidades de dos personas. El edificio está muy bien ubicado y tiene dos ascensores. En el mes de enero 2015 he recomendado a la agencia Lodgis a amigos que alquilaron cerca de la Universidad y quedaron también muy conformes.

My contacts with the agency’s staff have always been very professional. People have been attentive, responsive, pro-active, making me feel completely supported in all my needs during my stay in the city. They are for sure one of the best in Paris.
