Zwar ist die Wohnung klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass der Platz vollkommend ausreichend ist. Die Wohnung ist zu einem kleinen, bepflanzten Hinterhof hin ausgerichtet, sodass man sowohl einen charmanten Ausblick als auch Ruhe hat. Es befinden sich drei verschiedene Metrostationen (-linien) in der Nähe. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung seltenes Fundstück und sehr empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Paris.

The apartment is small but very homely and well equipped. The surrounding neighborhood is full of small bars and restaurant and in general it feels really safe. Also, just a short walk away lays the canal saint martin and its abundance of nightlife! Close to 3 different metro stations and several supermarkets- highly recommend it!

Very nice! Close to the metro stations and still very calm. We were surprised of the courtyard full of flowers - the windows are oriented to there. The flat is very well equipped.

Très bien aménagé très lumineux calme. Une cour intérieure jardin magnifique.

L'unico problema è la mancanza di un ascensore, che incide nel momento in cui si devono portare bagagli pesanti. Tuttavia, per come è strutturato lo stabile, sembra difficile costruirne uno. Per il resto, risulta molto soddisfacente: la zona è abbastanza centrale e sicura, inoltre basta scendere a piedi per trovare ogni cosa. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma fornito di tutto.
