Always quick replies from the agency. All my questions are answered. Description and photos of apartment are accurate. It was very easy to book the apartment with Lodgis.

The "monthly charges" should be included on the monthly price that appears in the website when browsing for apartments. It does not make any sense to separate the monthly charges from the monthly price because you will charge for it anyway. It is just misleading and I think you do it because it makes the user think the price of the rental is lower than it actually is and its wrong to do that.

It was very helpful to have a dedicated manager who helps you with the search. The total costs renting the apartment are really transparent and keep growing the further you get in the renting process. Also the costs stated in the ad differ from the ones on the offer. Both points cause inconviences and lower the trust.

My counselor was helpful and in touch continuously to clear any doubts we have had.

So far it's been fine but the test will come when I leave the apartment. Paris real estate agents are notorious for not paying back the security deposit.

Contact was great, but my advisor seemed to miss a lot of things that I was asking about. He did keep me informed during the process, but I had to ask many times before he finally reassured us that all the documents were in order and that he was just waiting for the landlord's response. There was a lot of miscommunication when it came to documents, the link seemed not to work because my advisor did not receive some of the documents I sent. Even though it was hard, I would use Lodgis again (this is my second time renting through them) and I would recommend it. The apartments are great and landlords reliable.
