Très bonne prestation et excellente réactivité.
The contact with the agency has been excellent from beginning to end. The team has always been extremely kind, professional, and responsive. They are clearly very organized and punctual, and they make a real effort to assist whenever needed. The inventory was particularly impressive: it was extremely detailed and thorough, which creates a strong sense of transparency and trust. This level of precision is not always common and was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, the agency demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help. The communication was always clear and efficient, and the overall experience was very positive.
Merci :)
Merci
Bonne réactivité
Très bon service. Communication au top.
My experience was positive, but I would have liked to have more opportunities to visit different apartment before choosing, There is really no possibility to think, to make up your mind, to compare alternatives... So the support was good, always answering my questions.
Very easy and helpful, would absolutely recommend.
The service was fast and easy to manage. I am very happy with the provided service

Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.
The agency was responsive and helpful throughout the process. There were times when I had to wait for a response from the landlord, but the team at Lodgis kept me updated.
good support, thank you
Great service!
I do not have one
Neutre.

Lodgis has been very helpful and responsive in allowing us to rent an apartment through them. Being that we are moving to France but still reside in the US, this can be a difficult process but Lodgis has made it relatively easy. We have have moved in to the apartment yet but so fay we are very happy with Logis.
