С агентством общение протекало нормально. Сначала удивило то, что не сопровождают квартировъемщика во время выбора квартиры. Но, видно, так заведено. Торопят с подписанием контрактов, что тоже является особенностью рынка недвижимости.НАм был предоставлен английский вариант контракта для ознакомления, что является плюсом.

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. It took a while for us to find the perfect apartment but the agents were good.

SInce this is probably the eighth time I have used Lodgis, I pretty much know the \"routine\" with signatures, insurance, deposits, and all. The current agent was very prompt and when I requested that she make sure my landlords were getting FRENCH translations from my English, she did so without hesitation. MANY THANKS to her. I hope that in the future (next summer, of course) she will again assist me.
