The agency was very informative and they assisted me by sending me several different options for rentals and once I decided which one I wanted, they made it very simple and sorted everything out with the landlords.

Maria Castaldo was very prompt in replying to my questions and helped me secure an apartment even though it was short notice. I would recommend booking through Lodgis.

Agent we worked with was great. When first apt cancelled due to water leak damage, she provided 5 alternative locations, got us set up with a great option, and got the insurance handled, while assuring us that all would be fine. It was!

The agency stuff was very helpful and professional. Answering emails could be faster, but we were very satisfied with the overall process.

As far as there was any contact, it was o.k. Getting connected to the right person by phone didn\'t take too long, which is valuable, while calling from abroad!

I corresponded with Aline Batteux to arrange for our contract, and she was extremely helpful. She explained everything carefully and responded immediately to emails--even right at the end of her work day (which was necessary because of the time difference between France/US). Our entire experience with Lodgis was excellent. We will use Lodgis again when we travel abroad--the service it provides is ideal.

L´agence, trouvée par hasard sur internet, a tout fait pour m´aider á trouver un logement dans un détail record (merci á Mme Borderieux). 2 jours entre demande de reservation et emmenagement. J´étais partie de mon appart-hotel dont le rapport qualité prix et la disponibilité du personnel m´avait excessivement décue. Cette option est définitivement meilleure!

Straight forward and professional agency. After I chose the apartment they contacted the landlord to make sure its available at my requested dates and after checking for availability, I had to sign a lease contract. When thats done, I paid the agency fee and they release the landlord\'s contact to me. From then on the agency\'s job is done and most communications were between me and the landlord.
