The contact with the agency was very good, but in the beginning I had to insist a little bit in order to receive a reply. Apart from this matter, the general service was good, they recommended me new options when mine was already taken, they accessed me through the rental and explained me how it would work.

Good service. Finding the apartment was fairly easy due to the help. Lodgis also helped a lot to swiftly organise the contract. Most of all, due to certain problems with my flatmate terminating the lease before entering our apartment, Lodgis were very helpful in allowing me to find a new roomate and resign the contract. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the agency fee is reasonable.

Le contacte avec Lodgis a été agréable et Lodgis traite les locataires potentiels comme des clients (ce qui n'est pas le cas chez beaucoup d'agences immobiliers malheureusement). Ce qui est un peu dommage est qu'il y a des appartements sur le site de Lodgis qui finalement ne sont pas disponible où dont Lodgis n'arrive pas à contacter le proprietaire. J'ai bien apprecié que tout le contacte (même la signature des contrats) peut se dérouler par internet et telephone. C'est très pratique quand on n'habite pas encore à Paris.
