Quick and helpful.

Au début j'avais mes doutes sur Lodgis que c'était froid et que "du business" car je n'avais pas de contact physique avec quelqu'un, tout a été traité par téléphone et par mail (au mois de juin). Ensuite au mois d'août, quand j'étais vraiment en besoin d'un appartement, je trouvais que l'agent était très disponible (même si ce n'était toujours que par tél et mail) et faisais de son mieux pour rendre la transaction plus facile.

Un peu difficile à joindre par téléphone mais très rapide par mail.

Efficaces et cohérents, très bon contact et bon suivi.

Fast, one or two very minor problems - instantly corrected! A little bit "high-pressure", but I guess that is normal in the Paris rented accommodation market. I particularly like the accuracy and large amount of detail available on the website. If I owned property in Paris, I would use Lodgis as my agent.

Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr professionel. Der Aufwand für Mietvertrag, Anzahlung und Versicherung ist im Vergleich mit anderen Ländern sehr gross.

The agency provides a good service. There was a bit of confusion about the insurance required but everything went fine.

Lodgisへの申し込み、契約、支払い等の流れはいたってスムーズでした。家主への前金の支払い、保険契約はこちらで直接やる必要があるなど、ホテルを利用するよりは手続きが煩雑で、最初は不安がありましたが何とかなりました。家主への支払いには銀行から海外送金しましたが、Paypalなどの利用も可能です。
