As we rented the appartment before we came to Paris and therefore had not seen it beforehand, it was reassuring to be renting through an agency. It made us feel more safe in regards of transferring money etc. and everything worked out well when we came to Paris.

Là encore tout s\'est bien passé. Mon contact (Madame Bonnefoy) a été très disponible, j\'ai eu beaucoup de retours, rapides, avec professionnalisme. Il ne faut pas hésiter à anticiper toute pièce justificative, notamment en termes de garants. Mais globalement, on ne m\'a pas demandé de garanties farfelues et je n\'ai eu aucune mauvaise surprise. La location s\'est conclue assez rapidement, en une quinzaine de jours. Pour résumer, ça s\'est très bien passé avec l\'agence Lodgis, les propriétaires, l\'appartement est une perle d\'où mon enthousiasme. Attention, les tarifs sont plus élevés pour les meublés que pour les vides, il faut y penser si on hésite. Mais quand on ne reste pas plus d\'un an à Paris ça reste une solution pratique.
