Contact with Lodgis was always prompt and efficient. Although there was a lot of paperwork everything was handled well.

Maria was quick to respond to my questions, the contract was processed quickly, we were able to secure the apartment and pay agency fees and rent deposit via credit card, which was much more convenient for us than wire transfer. This is our second time renting from Lodgis and I would be happy to continue to do so.

Toujours rapide et bien servi. Par contre, je trouve certaines procédures compliquées en comparaison avec d'autres agences, comme l'assurance et envoyer par fax en 24 heures le contrat signé et la copie du passeport.
