Very efficient operation, good website and exactly the service we needed.

Excellent dealings with the agency. I could not have had anymore help than they gave me. Also with staff who welcomed us and checked us out at the apsrtment.

Agency was most helpful in clarifying all our queries about the apartment, and in assisting us in locating the ideal one. Always prompt, professional and most efficient. A suggested improvement is to have on fee covering insurance and cancellation, rather than doing them separately.

My experience with Lodgis agency was really a good experience. Luisa from Lodgis, was able to provide all the timely help and was prompt in her actions whenever the need arised. She was always quick to respond to my queries either on the phone or via email. All in all, Lodgis takes good care of its clients.
