Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr professionel. Der Aufwand für Mietvertrag, Anzahlung und Versicherung ist im Vergleich mit anderen Ländern sehr gross.

Lodgisへの申し込み、契約、支払い等の流れはいたってスムーズでした。家主への前金の支払い、保険契約はこちらで直接やる必要があるなど、ホテルを利用するよりは手続きが煩雑で、最初は不安がありましたが何とかなりました。家主への支払いには銀行から海外送金しましたが、Paypalなどの利用も可能です。

Finding an apartment in a city in a different country is not an easy task. My experience was not without complications. However, once I started working with Virginia Borderieux, I started feeling more comfortable and the process became smoother. She was very quick to answer my questions, and emailed me back as soon as possible. She was attentive and worked very hard to get me the apartment that I wanted.

Nous avons eu une très bonne relation, même, si nous avons eu à nous déplacer pour procéder aux virements bancaires. Il serait plus simple pour nous qui sommes de l'extérieur de pouvoir procéder avec nos cartes de crédit. Outre, le déplacement et les frais engendrés par les institutions bancaires, il faut faire, également, avec le décalage horaire. Toujours un peu inquiétant quand on reçoit un courriel qui nous demande d'agir dans les x heures ... Mais, je recommanderais cette agence parce que nous n'avons eu aucune déception et que l'appartement était une copie conforme de ce que nous avions pu visualiser.
