Chiara proffered the best customer service I've had with Lodgis — patient, efficient, a good sense of humour and she kindly offered personal and thoughtful insights about neighbourhoods with which I wasn't familiar when I was narrowing down apartments. With some rental agencies it's not immediately apparent why they merit or how they earn their share, but Chiara worked really hard to find the right place and answered all of my neurotic and curious queries effectively. Lei parla anche italiano/elle parle français aussi.

Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.
