au début mon payement en ligne ne voulait pas passer alors j'ai un peu harcelé la conseillère en ligne, mais Luisa a été à l'écoute et très patiente, d'ailleurs elle répondait assez rapidement à mes mails et m'a finalement envoyer un autre lien sécurisé pour payer en ligne et confirmer ma réservation

E' la prima volta che trovo un appartamento cosi' ben tenuto a Parigi. La proprietaria ha curato ogni piccolo particolare sia in termini di funzionalità che di gusto che di pulizia.

Exellent! The website is great, with the only improvement I would suggest being to allow a quick look from the homepage at an apartment that has already been identified, via it's catalog number. It's annoying to have to drill down by a few steps to something you're already considering. Raphaelle Taillardat was also super in keeping up with everything on a timely basis.
