初めてフランスのアパルトマンを利用したので不安だったのですが、スタッフの方の対応が早く、スムーズに契約ができました。ホテルと違って、オーナーさんと直接契約し、保険に加入することも初めて知り驚きましたが、この手配をこちらでしてもらえたので、とても助かりました。分からないことがあり、日本人のスタッフの方に直接お電話をさせて頂いたこともありましたが、丁寧な対応でした。
