いつも親切に対応していただいてます。言葉の分からない私と、家主さんの間に入ってコミュニケーションをとっていただき、いつも助かっています。

申し込みから契約まですぐのメールの返信をその都度いただき、安心感がありました。実際の物件の写真も豊富でそのイメージのままの部屋でしたので、検索し易く、また大変満足することが出来ました。

Quick response, polite and reliable.

The agency was professional and efficient. The agent I was assigned to was not always easy to get hold of to answer questions. Communicating via email in English was also a little slow due to mistranslations/misunderstandings. But overall everything worked well.

The agency was pretty good. The only issue was I was not very sure if they contact all the landlords when I gave them a list of of say 10 apartments that I would like to check... They told me only one was available, but then when I insisted we found out that say another apartment was also available.

Yes you were open on the weekends. Anna was great always easy to contact by phone and email. Highly recommend this agency.
