Eu achei que no começo a agência demorava um pouco para responder meus e-mails quando eu demonstrava interesse em algum apartamento. Mas quando nos acertamos em relação a esse apartamento o relacionamento foi bom.

Contact with the agency was a bit slow at first, but they were then professional, answered our questions and the entire process was simple.

Но нас подстраховывали наши друзья, которые давно живут в Париже по этому оценка не объективна. 1. Не очень понятно со страховкой квартиры: какие программы выбирать.

Have been very prompt in answering my questions. I would recommend That the landlord\'s email be available as it is the easiest way to contact them directly. I had to ask for mine so as to set up a time to meet.

If you live in a time zone outside of Europe, there is often a delay in response times with agency communications. Lodgis, however, was always professional and helpful.

Our only contact with the agency was in the beginning for the booking. Sometimes the agent was a bit slow in contacting us , but it all worked out in the end.

Agency was very easy to deal with. It would perhaps be simpler (especially for those not familiar with the french system) to include insurance for the apartment in the package price as this did make things more complicated.
