For four months, we enjoyed a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment in Paris. Located in a safe and charming area, this place was a gem in terms of comfort and convenience. The location was simply perfect. Not only was it well-connected, but it also had the Saint Lazare train station just a 10-minute walk away, which made exploring the city and its surroundings incredibly easy. Additionally, the tranquility of the area provided a sense of security and peace. Besides the great location, we had a Monoprix supermarket and a pharmacy right across the street, which was super convenient for those quick errands. And just a 3-minute walk away, there was a larger Auchan supermarket. The apartment itself was simple but very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. In the living room, there was an additional half bathroom with a toilet and a sink that wasn't shown in the photos, which came in handy. However, it was important to remember not to make too much noise after midnight, as the neighbors were sensitive to noise, although overall, the community was friendly and welcoming. Alexandre, the landlord, and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Alexandre was always available to address any issues that arose, and he even went out of his way to come to the house to fix a problem we had. The only unexpected inconvenience arose at the end of our stay when, due to minor oversights such as a poorly washed spoon or a cracked ice tray, we found ourselves faced with an unexpected deduction from our deposit. Although we understood the policy, we were somewhat surprised by the amount deducted. In summary, my experience in this Parisian apartment was extremely positive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable, safe, and well-located accommodation in the beautiful city of Paris.
