very satisfactory, although the agency was unable to contact the landlord's representatives on our arrival.

very fast and friendly highly efficient and easy contract procedure via internet

Excelente atendimento.

Molto buono grazie alla vs agente Manuela Falletta

Ok

Lodgis was professional and prompt in replies.

We had trouble with the apartment door key - but otherwise an excellent choice for slim people.

They are very Quick in response and providing nice sugestions.

once again, Sarah Mola was the consultant & all comms were great, fast replies, service could not have been better.

Very helpful initially, but I found it a little strange that there was no follow-up whatsoever after the contract was signed.

All easy.

All went smoothely.

Everything worked perfectly.

All contact and correspondence was excellent with the agency.

Très bien. Merci

We had no problems with our booking and initial contact with Lodgis and emails were sent promptly.

Very good.

I had send a email to you in the name of Mdame Ponceblanc

A bit slow at times.

The booking experience is very good & convenient. The pictures of the room on the web is genuine.

Exellent! The website is great, with the only improvement I would suggest being to allow a quick look from the homepage at an apartment that has already been identified, via it's catalog number. It's annoying to have to drill down by a few steps to something you're already considering. Raphaelle Taillardat was also super in keeping up with everything on a timely basis.

Perfectly good.

It's OK, but answers could be a little faster.

L'agenzia è efficiente e seria.

Cooperative, correct, quick.

Bonne

I had a question after initially renting the apartment and when I contacted the agency, I received a prompt reply which fully and politely answered my question.

Luisa Zambelli was very helpful

Correcte.

could not fault the service at all, Sarah Mola was my contact, she was fast, efficient, excellent to deal with

Lodgis was also great to deal with. Everything was explained to us and the process of securing the apartment from overseas was effortless.
