Interlocutrice réactive et efficace.
Everything worked fine, I don't have many contacts with them.
Boa e profissional.
Elle répondre rapide avec précision.
Easy and safety.
Everything was made accurately, organized and without delays
Quick and easy transaction. All questions answered promptly.
Ms. Yan was always very quick to reply.
In general the agency has been responsive to my concerns/inquiries. I am still waiting to receive return of the initial down payment for the apartment. I hope to hear from you soon.
Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.
Très aimable
the agency was fine, we didn't need to contact them ever and they provided us with the service they offered.
Rapido y eficaz
Très efficace comme d'habitude !
Very good but some trouble with charging our deposit 8 times!
It was very easy contact with the agency.

Good communication and followup. All fees as expected.
L'agence a répondu rapidement et efficacement. Merci beaucoup!
Excellent. My apartment rental was organised in less than a week from initial contact with Lodgis to moving into the apartment. Very impressed with the efficiency of the agency.
A feedback from the agency could be a little faster: we lost a week to understand that our first selection of apt had been preoccupied.
Good Communication
Luisa was fantastic and responsive.
Appropriate communications.
