Excelente atencion

Just a little bit expensive (the comission). However they resolved all my doubts really well

Quick sharp and very thorough. English speaking too which is very much appreciated.

Mr. Peixoto was prompt to respond to any and all questions.

Sarah Mola was also excellent. Very good worker who finds the right apt for you.

No problems there

Contato somente pelo site

The agency was also good to deal with and all the terms and conditions were set out and easy to follow.

Aucun problème, comme d'habitude.

The listing says that there is an elevator, but when booked it switches to "no elevator". Need to correct, as this apartment is on the 4th floor and may discourage some people from renting.

Super effective.

Excellent. I'm grateful to all of you.

estremamente professionale.

Everything went smooth. No problems whatsoever.

The agency was very good to work with.

Our agent was very patient and generous in providing us with information and explanation on the services offered.

Assistenza tramite Skype perfetta e massima disponibilità.

The agency represented the apartment very well. We were delighted with the information given on the website. It was the best website we found while searching for an apartment in Paris. I would use it again.

Really good agency, I understood in this year, I understood it last year.

Contact with the agency was fantastic, all my emails replied to promptly.

This was pretty easy to book, confirm and then purchase insurance. Email is definitely the best method of contact.

Lodgis staff very good from start to finish of our stay. Our personal contact with Lodgis staff was excellent and we thank them for their excellent professional help.

Easy and efficient. Checking only took a few minutes

Also Lodgis has been very helpful, not only by offering high quality options but also by guiding our steps through the renting process.

The agency was very prompt in responding to our booking request and connecting us with the owner of the apartment, and all the information they gave was reliable. The agency also promptly responded to any questions we had.

Amazing

Première expérience que nous renouvellerons.

A little bit frustrating process securing an apartment, as it took us 4 different reservations until the final apartment was confirmed as rented. But communication is speedy and professional, pictures of the apartments are very truthful, and information provided is sufficient.

muy correctos

Second time renting with Lodgis and both times have been a pleasure, many thanks to Toyoko.

Per quanto riguarda l'agenzia ci siamo trovati bene, ci è sembrata seria e sollecita.

Few improvements still possible. But positive overall experience.
