Slowly response, no well communication

Fue una buena experiencia en general, lo único negativo es que tardan mucho tiempo en dar respuesta de la disponibilidad de los apartamentos y que aveces no mantienen la pagina actualizada.

何度かのやりとりできちんと対応していただきました。 が、キッチンの水の出が悪い件を家主さんにも御知らせし、お返事がこないので、ロジススタッフのほうにも連絡しましたが、その後連絡をいただけませんでした。 家主さんに連絡していただいたのか、どのように言っていたのか、など、その後のフォローもしてほしいところです。

Difficoltosa la prenotazione a causa dei rigidi orari di check-in, impossibile dopo le 23 e sul check-out impossibile nei giorni festivi. L'agente è stato disponibilissimo, ma per avere la e-mail di conferma di avvenuta prenotazione sono stati necessari 5 giorni di continui e un pò snervanti contatti, nonostante il pagamento della agenzia fosse stato immediato

La conseillere ne fait pas la différence entre les euros, les pesos argentins et les pesetas espagnoles...

In general the agency has been responsive to my concerns/inquiries. I am still waiting to receive return of the initial down payment for the apartment. I hope to hear from you soon.

J'ai échangé à plusieurs reprises pour trouver cet appartement, vous avez répondu à mon attente prix/date. Par contre je vous avais interrogé sur le fait que vous garantissiez l'état de l 'appartement puisque je ne pouvais pas le visiter et il m'avait été assuré que les photos étaient garanties. Alors oui les photos montrées représentaient la réalité mais pas l'environnement et à choisir j'aurai augmenté le prix de la location si j'avais eu connaissance des conditions car c'était tellement désagréable que je dinais au restaurant tous les jours pour n'avoir qu'à arriver à la dernière minute pour me coucher,voire je me faisais inviter pour ne pas avoir à rentrer là bas. J'avais imaginé vous consulter car j'envisage de faire une chambre d'hôtes ; je réfléchirai.

Bonne. Mais après avoir donné un mois de loyer à l'agence, nous aurions aimé que son travail soit fait jusqu'au bout. Ce n'est pas la peine de demander au client de mettre par écrit toutes les petites choses qui restent à faire si on ne peut pas les réaliser ou qu'il fasse les faire soi-même. Sinon, à quoi bon passer par une agence !

Très bonne réactivité Organisation bien rôdée mais frais fixes très élevés pour une location occasionnelle

Fine. The long and many emails about various stages of the transaction, and payments to be made by certain deadlines, are sometimes a bit confusing and could perhaps be streamlined.

契約成立までは全て日本語で対応して頂いていたので、契約成立後からはいきない自分で家主と連絡を取って、勝手にやって下さいという対応は正直驚きました。私はフランスに住んでいた経験があるので、問題ありませんでしたが、初めてだったらかなり戸惑っていたと思います。 家賃の支払い期限や方法についてももう少し詳しい説明が欲しかったです。

The agency people are all very polite, but getting an apartment took me many tries, mainly because they rent out so quickly, or maybe the website is not automatically updated. I got the apartment on my 6th try, but I\'m happy I did.

La recherche a été laborieuse et ça a a été difficile de faire comprendre nos besoins, mais une fois le processus enclenché, tout est allé super bien.

Great listings, pictures and descriptions. Final arrangements took longer than expected due to non-responsive owners on the first apartment we tried to rent.
