The agency was very helpful with getting back to me and inquiring. I liked that I could speak English with the agency. There was some delay in responses due to time differences, but they always got back in a timely manner. I wish that renters could do more than one request, but I understand the reason why.

Lodgis has acted as a really good broker in supplying me with reliable information on apartments in Paris. A big thank you to Ms. FALLETTA who has engaged a lot in order to make me feel comfortable with my final studio. One little remark for improvement: You might consider to communicate with the owner first, that means before telling your customer that the apartment is available at the required date. In that way, you may ensure that the owner really is in Paris at the date the hirer would like to fetch the keys for his studio.. But that's just a small critical feedback. In general, as said, I was very pleased with your service.
