We love your website as it allowed us to nominate our particular preferences to find the right apartment, and when we found it, the link to Google Street View showed us exactly what was in the neighbourhood which made it very easy for us to find our way around when we were actually there. Lodgis could not have made the process any easier! They were amazing. I loved their search engine and site. Once I picked an apartment they were totally on top of making sure I had all of the necessary information and forms to ensure I secured it. They worked with the landlord to get everything in order. If I needed to speak with them during the process they were also VERY easy to reach on the phone...they were very efficient and great to work with!

対応が早くスムースでしたが、保険については全て英語の文面でしたのでとても面倒でした。保険加入が義務付けられているのであれば、日本語で簡単に加入できるものが用意されていれば時間の短縮にもなるし安心できると思いました。
