Landlord's comments: St Mande avenue is a quiet and large avenue in a residential area of the 12th district of Paris. It is close to the “place de la Nation” where several commercial and animated streets converge such as the rue du Rendez-vous. Near by, the Cours de Vincennes is lined by department stores such as Printemps Nation, Darty and Castorama and several supermarkets and pharmacies are open late in the evening (10 pm and later). The Place de la Nation is lined by several “Velib” and “Autolib” stations. At Nation Station converge 4 underground lines, RER A (direct to Gare de Lyon, les Halles, Opéra and Place de l’Etoile) and several bus lines among which one is direct to Charles de Gaulle airport. Only 2 tube stations to join Le Bois de Vincennes. La « trouée verte » (Green Promenade) as well as several fitness clubs are at a walking distance from the apartment.

The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
- from 9am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays) there is a charge of 100 euros.
