El apartamento aun cuando tiene cierta antigüedad esta muy bien mantenido, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena temporada, es cómodo y confortable. Esta ubicado frente a una estación del metro lo que permite trasladarse a cualquier parte de París sin problemas
