Good, the aprtment was recommended as a previous choice had proved unavailable. Replies were prompt, especially given time zone differences with Australia. A little more explanation on processes to finalise the deal etc could be developed as a standard eamil Pleased that the phone contact had an english menu which meant queries could be handled quickly. My consultant Akemi Hirano was very good.
