Great contact and quick responses to emails. I agree with another commenter that the contract process is a bit convoluted but it all worked out in the end.

I've been renting apartments for vacation in Paris for almost 10 years and this apartment is my ultimate favorite to date. It was super clean, located in an amazing area, and filled with every amenity possible. I would definitely recommend this apartment--it's perfect! And the landlord is very responsive. A+.

L'agence a toujours su me proposer des logements correspondant à mes critères, répondant toujours à mes requêtes et à mes questions concernant les quartiers... Cependant il était parfois difficile de les joindre au téléphone lorsque souhaité.

Un fois joignable, l'accueil téléphonique par opératrice très professionnelle; la prestation est excellente, la présentation de l'offre de service (clareté de l'offre et des démarches, ergonomie du site, descriptif de l'appartement). Points négatifs: premiers contacts par e-mail peu réactifs, nécessité d'appeller un stystème d'accueil téléphonique impersonnel (boite vocale directement, pas de rappel au premiers messages)
