Creo que en general bien, muy atentos. Solo un punto de desacuerdo con el primer pago, donde nos lo pedían con tarjeta y bajo una sola tarjeta, esto ha creado incomodidad innecesaria y situación de nerviosismo. Creo que la agencia debe de preveee estas molestias para el futuro, y ofrecer mecanismos y opciones que satisfagan al cliente. Recomendaría la agencia pero avisando de este punto que puede llegar a ser un problema.

Though over the course of my search it took some time to be reached out to by a Lodgis agent, and there was not one person helping me the whole time along my search to confirm I secured an apartment, Lodgis had great prices and ultimately an agent helped me secure an apartment. The best, most reliable housing site for foreigners that I've found!

The consultant responded very quickly, and she helped me a lot to find an apartment that I looked for!

The communication was great between the agent to the tenant but it would have been helpful if the website was updated a bit more often to more accurately reflect the availability of the apartments.

The agency was very nice and available to be reached. I would have appreciated a more clear initial explanation of the necessary documents to be sent, since I was late and my initial choice could not be made. Nonetheless Clothilde was super helpful in finding another excellent choice! Thank you
