Excellente relation avec les différents interlocuteurs. Seul regret : avoir eu au moins cinq interlocuteurs différents pour le même bien donc problème de coordination des offres et des visites.

One suggestion is that if the agency does not handle check-in and check-out, this should be clearly communicated before signing the contract, so the entire process is more transparent and professional. In this case, the property was managed directly by the landlord, who delegated it to a friend. On the day of arrival, additional French paper documents had to be signed, which were not mentioned during the contract period. Additionally, the pre-paid electricity fees were unclear: refunds at check-out required contacting the landlord personally, and the cost breakdown was not transparent. For foreigners with language barriers, having the agency manage the full process and make fees more transparent would greatly improve the overall experience.

Bonne réactivité des agents immobiliers. Il reste difficile de trouver une location d'un mois parmi les offres proposées. J'aurais aimé être mieux accompagnée pour multiplier les chances d'obtenir l'accord d'un propriétaire.

Il rapporto con l'agenzia è stato molto buono; le persone che ci hanno seguito sono state sempre puntuali e precise con le richieste.

Très difficile à joindre par téléphone mais en revanche réactifs par e-mail. Nous nous sommes sentis entre de bonnes mains dès le début.

L'agence a toujours été réactive, la relation était très bonne mais c'est dommage que l'on ne nous ai pas signalé les désagréments de ce logement, nous sommes des clients autant que le propriétaire de l'appartement.

My first point of contact was Mariana, her responses however took ages and I believe this is why I was not able to get an apartment sooner. My second point of contact was Salma. She was great- fast and responsive and I was able to get the apartment immediately, she responded to all my questions within hours. Overall I am thankful for LODGIS due to the low agency fees and ability to find an apartment without having to visit it, since I am not from France.

expérience positive. j'apprécie la réactivité. les moins : le site (il a fallu resaisir X fois les données). je recommanderais aussi plus de précision sur les pièces demandées pour éviter les aller retour. mais au final, tout est allé vite et bien.

Il faut parfois faire plusieurs relance comme vous avez beaucoup de demande.

The apartment we found is very nice, but it took very regular communication/remindings to get there

Points négatif : les délais très courts pour signer tous les papiers et envoyer l'acompte, dans un dossier impliquant 6 personnes dont deux en décalage horaire, ce n'est pas facile. Le site extranet, quelques plantage du site extranet. Point positif : La disponibilité de Mme Hirano et de l'équipe en général, super réactive, qui nous ont aidé à corriger nos erreurs pour aboutir à la location. Merci à elles, c'est tellement bien d'avoir des humains au bout du fil ! Ne changer surtout pas ça :-)

Could do a bit better with responding to my emails and answering my queries about fixing the paint problem in the bathroom. Otherwise, people are nice, friendly and helpful.

Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.

Lodgis présente des biens très attractifs, la communication se fait exclusivement par mail, ce qui est un peu impersonnel et demande un peu de patience. Une fois votre demande acceptée tout va très vite et le traitement administratif est facile et rapide. Bonne relation avec Fransceca Carbotti qui à traité notre demande.
