Lodgis agency is efficient, and I receive quick and valuable information with the agent in charge of my apartment file - Akemi Hirano.

Professionali, puntuali, cortesi e corretti.

Helpful and prompt

Very efficient, friendly members of staff, always happy to answer all of my questions. I felt very confident going into the booking process as I had been informed fully as what to expect. I am really looking forward to my stay in the apartment and I am very happy to have found Lodgis. If I had any criticism it would be that very occasionally it seemed to take a while for my emails to be responded to and also the cost of agency fees and deposits etc is a lot higher than what I have previously experienced. However, this is the first time I have rented in France so this could be the norm in this case. Overall I am very happy with my experience so far. Thank you.

Excelente atención personalizada y eficiente

Stephanie, Julie & Solange were all so very helpful. Thanks again for all your efforts and help.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. It would be better if you had live chat service or something because the agents are too busy to be reached on the phone.

Very friendly, quick and reliable communication. Iryna was always helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend the lodges!

Bien

solange da costa bravissima

Excellent! ótimo atendimento.

Keep up your excelent job.

Bonne relation, comme dans les fois antérieures.

Lodgis Agent Raphaelle Taillardat once again (because she has helped us in the past too) provided 5-star service during the process. Thank you.

monsieur d'agence Logis etait tres gentile et m'a aide beaucoup.

Aline was absolutely wonderful to work with! I found exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited to study in Paris and now I can be stress-free knowing I have a place to live. I really appreciate her effort to keep in touch even though we are 9 hours apart. Thank you Aline!

Complimenti.

Très bonne communication, réponses rapides et efficaces.
