Given the time difference with France, Lodgis got back to me quickly to respond to my questions. I was a bit disappointed that the Skype listed on their web site did not work - but as it turned out, I didn't need it. I've already recommended this agency to several people. Fees are reasonable & they help you understand the process of renting an apartment in Paris.

Chiara helped me and was the best of the best, so kind and helpful when trying to find something online from the US. I could not recommend the services any higher.

日本人にわかりにくいフランスの住宅保険や銀行振込の際の名義人記載法についてよくわからなったので質問しましたが、事情に通暁した日本人スタッフに丁寧に説明いただきました。やはり日本語だとかゆいところまで手が届く感じです。スタッフの対応に限れば評価５です。なお、ロジスのサイトは、サービス慣れした日本人からみるとやや改善が要るかもしれません。成約後の家主とのやり取りでは、語学ができない方には大変な面もあるかもしれません。フランスのアパートに住む場合必須とされる住宅保険には、物件からのリンクで本当に簡単に入れるので、この点はよくできていると感じました。
