Однако! Перевод производится некорректно, а именно - самые важные пункты об обязанностях арендатора, расчетах и финансовой ответственности либо не переводятся вообще, либо переведены на английский язык. Предлагаем откорректировать соответствующую компьютерную программу.

- my contact Mrs Iguenane was/ is very helpful and takes care of all my needs and questions. - the fee structure does not suit the rentals. I feel exploited by the amount charged just to get a (temporary) apartment. Calculating the total cost for any rental apartment gives a way higher number than just the monthly rent added up.

Good and efficient process, recommended.

The agents are fairly attentive. Nobody seems to want to talk to you until a lease would be signed in a week or two. It's hard to get their attention when you're in another country. Someone responds but they don't follow through. They just want you to sign a lease right away. But once you decide on a place it's pretty straightforward. I have yet to do the walk-through inspection with a bailiff [That should be interesting!] I also haven't inspected the place myself yet so I hope it's what I can imagine from the pictures. I think my discomfort with this process so far is nothing unusual. There are a lot of different expectations from country to country. I think this agency and others like it [online] are a little easier to deal with than the regular agency shops you see on the street. One thing that is really annoying is that the customer assumes that what is displayed online is in fact, available but that is not the case about 50% of the time.

J'ai également appelé l'agence mais personne n'a répondu.
