Quick response times, available via phone if necessary, friendly staff, helpful and trust-inspiring online account with all necessary material. It's a little confusing that the contact person seems to change all the time. I have received emails from many different people (which is not an issue itself). However, when I have a question, I'm not sure which person to address. When moving in I received two different mail box keys. One of them was for the neighbors box which led to confusion when labeling the mail box with my name.

Akemi was great to work with, and very responsive.

Lots of good properties but most of them are listed even though are unavailable. The agent, Jordan has been a great help and gave timely response.
