I find the reaction time of Lodgis very slow. it takes days to get a reaction.

The agency communication was fine. When I wanted to book another property for a longer period, the conduct of the communication deteriorated and on several occasions I was given misleading infomation on the availability of a property.

Deux mails déjà envoyés et toujours pas de réponse de la part de mon conseiller. Ce n'est pas correct. L'accompagnement se fait aussi après avoir payé les frais d'agence!

Nous avons du passer plusieurs fois à l'agence pour faire avancer les choses plus rapidement Par téléphone/mail les temps de réponses sont parfois très long

Overall, it was a good experience. Fast and usually efficient communication through e-mail but not that good through phone.

Nous avons trouvé Anais Haack efficace, polie et de bonne humeur. Votre choix d'appartements est très varié, ce qui est très bien, et les loyers sont assez raisonables.

So faster than any other agency

Excellent agency. I learned about Lodgis through friends who use them every year so I was very comfortable contacting them. They were prompt to reply and helped me find a summer apartment that was perfect for myself and my husband. I have been recommending them to everyone I talk to.

Réponse rapide, et le contrat de logement réglé rapidement vu l'urgence que j'ai eu à trouver un logement (recherche faite le vendredi, contact avec le propriétaire faite le lendemain). Cependant des soucis de clarté vis-à-vis du paiement de l'acompte dans les mails précédent la facture finale.
