In general, Lodgis provided a very satisfactory experience. The platform is easy to use, with many useful ways to narrow down an apartment search. Additionally, my agent was always extremely responsive and helped me through the process of leasing an apartment. My one complaint might be that when there was nothing immediately available to my specifications, my agent simply recommended I subscribe to the site, rather than offering to keep an eye out for me and continuing to suggest apartments. More guidance here would have been helpful. Otherwise, a good experience - quick and thorough.

It was a challenge to acquire an apartment because the properties moved quickly. The time difference made it challenging to hear back promptly from my leasing agent, though our contact was pleasant.

Apesar de compreender o Francês, me senti muito mais segura em poder negociar em Português. Também gostei do apartamento e do custo das taxas. O único problema é que eu solicitei um apartamento e a conselheira alugou outro, mais caro que o que eu havia pedido. Não achei esta atitude honesta. Por sorte, resolvi ficar com o apartamento "errado", mas não gostei da atitude.

She is patient and nice but there is a minor mistake in making an overstated amount. Luckily I have discovered the mistakes and she has apologised about the mistakes and immediately corrected it. She is a trustful and responsible agent.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

la relation avec votre Conseiller réservation est bonne. Ce qui cloche, c'est ce qui paraît sur votre site internet où il s'avère que plusieurs logements y figurent alors qu'ils ne sont plus disponibles, malgré ce qui est indiqué sur le site.

Eu gostei que o consultor estava sempre solicito e respondia minhas mensagens e duvidas rapidamente, porem eu gostaria de ter visitado o apartamento que aluguei e outros antes de ter tomado minha decisao, mesmo depois de ter assinado o contrato nao consegui visita-lo e achei que isso dificultou bastante pra mim, afinal é bastante dinheiro que inventimos a longo prazo e que eu nem mesmo pude ver pessoalmente o imovel, é dificil ter pespectiva apenas por fotos

Yes and no answers to last questions were useless. " would you recommend apartment?" answer is both yes and no. It was cheap and well located , but it was too dirty to fully endorse.

I was pleased with the service that both Manuela Falletta and Robin Haack provided. The only point I would recommend to work on is to find a way to keep the availability dates more up to date. I do understand that it is not simple since the actual tenants can choose to extend the lease or not. Anyway, Lodgis makes it possible to efficiently find a place to stay in Paris at a reasonable fee (I know agencies who charge the triple for the same service).

I inspired by the prompt and professional services by the staff of Lodgis agency and now is expecting at check in the same conditions of the apartment as it is in photographs.
