I have a chance to contacted 2 staffs before signing the contract. Iryna is very helpful and give full informations and assitance when need. Anyhow, during her absent it was a nightmare as other only gave unclear and limited information. And I was almost change the agency if only Iryna came back just in time.

スタッフの対応がよかったです。契約はネット上でのするため、わからないことばかりでいたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。特に、日本人スタッフが対応してくださるので、安心できました。

The interaction was overall good and effective. There were a couple of mistakes in some mails related to the agency fees but they were solved quickly.

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Vermittlung. Negativ: Die Information, dass man eine Versicherung abschließen müsse, war nicht zutreffend (die Vermieterin hätte gar keine verlangt). Verbesserungswürdig: Es wäre sinnvoll, Grundrisse der Wohnungen mit anzuzeigen (auf diese Weise wäre z.B. erkennbar, dass es keine Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt).

I was so stressed finding a place that is suitable to my needs, having had less than a month to complete the process and relying on photos that may be misleading. I started my search through airbnb and other rental agencies, but was never comfortable with the process until I found Lodgis. Not only did Julien Choueiry help me through the process, he also alleviated my worries that I did not have enough time to find a rental in my budget and in my liking. Although I have not occupied the apartment yet, thus far I am extremely satisfied with the service I received through Julien.

Initial apartment was suddenly not available on the requested start date and I was not informed of this till after the fact during the conversation with agent when I wanted to confirm the rental and as a result I had to rent in another area. I am happy with the service but it was not a good start.

L'agence Lodgis m'a facilité ma location meublée pour une durée de 4 mois. Personnel très aimable. Bonne organisation de la visite de l'appartement puis formalités rapides par internet.

LODGIS has been an extremely helpful agency. I will gladly go through this agency again. The only problems encountered was the lack of clarification in regards to certain charges. The informations given were not too clear, I had to re-read certain forms and given paperwork to better understand. I was also surprised that electricity or wifi was not included in the charges, this was not expressed until later on. However, the agents are very competent and helpful. They were available to answer my numerous questions within 24 hours. I highly recommend this agency.

The agency was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and I thought they really tried to find me a good apartment. But I thought the formal process was not ideally organized First, the agency mixed up my guarantors' contact details with my partners' and send out wrong emails/put wrong names and addresses in the contract. Second, my guarantors were involved more than necessary - all that's needed is their signature on a contract, but they needed to do that twice - first an initial statement and then the contract, both within a day. Then they continued receiving emails addressed to me in cc., which were really of no interest to them.

Very responsive to emails and clear about documents needed. Might have appreciated a bit more information about payment structure up front, but overall extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. I particularly appreciated being advised that the landlord had received other offers, rather than discovering later that the apartment was no longer available. Was also very impressed by the online lease and payment systems, which made renting from overseas much easier and less costly than anticipated. Overall, would definitely recommend both the agency and my consultant to anyone relocating on short notice with no time to sift through hundreds of ads or wait by the phone for a landlord to respond.

Très bonne expérience. Le site est très bien fait et le contrat en ligne facilite la vie. La possibilité de faire plusieurs demande en même temps serait un plus.
