L'agence a toujours su me proposer des logements correspondant à mes critères, répondant toujours à mes requêtes et à mes questions concernant les quartiers... Cependant il était parfois difficile de les joindre au téléphone lorsque souhaité.

Nous avons eu une très bonne relation, même, si nous avons eu à nous déplacer pour procéder aux virements bancaires. Il serait plus simple pour nous qui sommes de l'extérieur de pouvoir procéder avec nos cartes de crédit. Outre, le déplacement et les frais engendrés par les institutions bancaires, il faut faire, également, avec le décalage horaire. Toujours un peu inquiétant quand on reçoit un courriel qui nous demande d'agir dans les x heures ... Mais, je recommanderais cette agence parce que nous n'avons eu aucune déception et que l'appartement était une copie conforme de ce que nous avions pu visualiser.

The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The landlord was very helpful and even left a basket of toys and books for our children to play with during our stay. There is a park just across the street. My only complaint is that the apartment is a little dark because it is not on the street. However for this reason it is quieter.

Le site internet Lodgis est très bien développé et rapide. Les conseillers sont disponibles. Seul les frais de l'agence sont assez élevés pour les courts-séjours, mais correspondent à la qualité de la prestation.

Although there were some problems, Sandrine was very helpful and efficient when answering to my requests.

The agency was very nice, but was difficult sometimes to get a response sometimes. The agency fee was very steep, but I was glad to have the apartment ready for me upon arrival instead of staying in a hostel before finding one.

The agency was quite good. There were a couple of small issues, but that is perhaps because I had issues with the language barrier. Overall though, very professional, giving peace of mind when booking accommodation from the other side of the world.
