Excellente relation avec les différents interlocuteurs. Seul regret : avoir eu au moins cinq interlocuteurs différents pour le même bien donc problème de coordination des offres et des visites.

We initially approached Lodgis to help us with renting our studio in Paris. We were very impressed by the professionalism and competence of the agency's staff on the rental side of the operation. A year later we decided to sell the studio and contacted Mr Ramsbott of the Sales Department. In spite of the fact that ours was a small studio, we found him attentive, knowledgeable and passionate in his field and punctual, together with his equally competent Ms Lombardi, they found a cash buyer for our apartment in a short period of time and the studio was sold in a short time and the little niggles along the way were dealt with satisfactorily. My husband and I have bought and sold several properties in England but have NEVER been so expertly served by any estate agents there. It is encouraging to meet professionals who are proud of what they do and perform to a high standard.  We will happily recommend Lodgis to our family and friends.

Je suis très très satisfaite, je suis restée cliente pendant 10 ans, pour la location et pour la vente, le professionalisme de l'équipe entière, et en particulier, de M. Ramsbott et son équipe est absolument inégalable. Je quitte la France définitivement et malheureusement je quitte Lodgis, dont les 10ans de services resteront pour moi l'expérience la plus positive, que j'ai pu faire dans le cadre de mes démarches immobilières.

The contact with the agency has been excellent from beginning to end. The team has always been extremely kind, professional, and responsive. They are clearly very organized and punctual, and they make a real effort to assist whenever needed. The inventory was particularly impressive: it was extremely detailed and thorough, which creates a strong sense of transparency and trust. This level of precision is not always common and was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, the agency demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help. The communication was always clear and efficient, and the overall experience was very positive.

Très déçu de la relation avec Lodgis, il aura, fallu plus de 3 mois pour un simple renouvellement de bail. La gestionnaire ignore délibérément nos appels mais quand il s'agit de payer l'échéance de loyer, je reçois un mail par jour pour me relancer. Concrètement, rien n'est fait pour le confort des locataires et je m'abstiendrai de commenter les frais exorbitants pour le simple renouvellement d'un contrat qui aura pris 3 mois à se faire. J'espère que je pourrais récupérer ma caution

Overall, communication was efficient, professional, and smooth. One suggestion is that if the agency does not handle check-in and check-out, this should be clearly communicated before signing the contract, so the entire process is more transparent and professional. In this case, the property was managed directly by the landlord, who delegated it to a friend. On the day of arrival, additional French paper documents had to be signed, which were not mentioned during the contract period. Additionally, the pre-paid electricity fees were unclear: refunds at check-out required contacting the landlord personally, and the cost breakdown was not transparent. For foreigners with language barriers, having the agency manage the full process and make fees more transparent would greatly improve the overall experience.
