I looked for several months to find out how to rent an apartment as a foreigner in Paris. It was frustrating. Once my friend found Lodgis and its multi-lingual associates, the rest was simple. She replied to emails so quickly and made the whole process so streamlined and hassle free, which is incredible given the process of French rental agreements can be extremely difficult, particularly as I was attempting to organise this from the other side of the world.I would HIGHLY recommend Iryna Bonnefoy to others. She was well and truly worth the agency fee! Merci mille fois! Lodgis is a brilliant website and the electronic contract signature made it all so easy. I was in very safe hands. Great service and easy payment mechanism

チェックイン当日も早く来てくれたし、色んな事の対応が早く、こちらの要望に応えてくれたのには、本当に助かりました。ただ電化製品等の扱い方が、あまり熟知してないのでは？その他はとてもフレンドリーに接してもらえたと思います。勿論日本人スタッフの平野さんには、日本語でしか説明できない時、担当者とのつなぎ役をお願いし、これまた助かりました。

Efficacia, cortesia, pazienza e competenza

Agency was fast and very professional. I had excellent relationship without bad surpises. The only recommendation for improvement the agency could clarify in advance if the apart owners accept Credit Card or not for the rental and guarantee deposit. Simple thing but helpful for the planification of the trip.
