The contact with the agency has been excellent from beginning to end. The team has always been extremely kind, professional, and responsive. They are clearly very organized and punctual, and they make a real effort to assist whenever needed. Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.
