Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.

Excellent. My apartment rental was organised in less than a week from initial contact with Lodgis to moving into the apartment. Very impressed with the efficiency of the agency.
A feedback from the agency could be a little faster: we lost a week to understand that our first selection of apt had been preoccupied.
