I am very pleased with the interaction related to this apartment through Akemi Hirano. I was in contact before with another employee regarding other possible apartments under another email address (martin.reinhard@arcor.de) who did not or only very sporadically respond to my rental requests and emails. The contact with Akemi Hirano I would rate 5* but I am subtracting 1* due to this less positive experience.
