Réactif

Jordan was really attentive and professional. Merci.

Satisfaite

Paul was great to work with, super responsive and answered all our questions promptly

Contact with the agency was simple and effective. I have a few observations: the amount paid as security was not very clear at the beginning, as well as the agency fee, but these doubts were resolved when I contacted the agency; a little delay in finalizing the contract.

The correspondence was very informative it could have just been a little quicker

Very helpful

Bon relationnel et bon suivi des dossiers

I highly appreciate the user friendly website (including many details) and the fluent online process.

An excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by Jordan.

Sadly two of the rooms advertised online were not available anymore once I proposed to rent them. However, my contact with Iryna Bonnefoy was very helpful and she found a very good property exactly corresponding to what I was looking for and arranged for me to sign the lease, thank you! Especially since I do not have too much time between now and my moving date, this was invaluable.

thank you for your service

👍

Pathe has been so helpful in accommodating my very specific apartment requirements!

Muchas gracias.

Service is good with fast response.

Very kind and available

Fast and easy talk

It was mostly good talking to advisor Akemi HIRANO. The experience will be more perfect if the responses can be faster.
