Nous venons de trouver l'appartement de nos rêves grâce à sa précieuse assistance. Un grand merci à Aurélia et un grand bravo à toute l'équipe Lodgis. Points négatif : les délais très courts pour signer tous les papiers et envoyer l'acompte, dans un dossier impliquant 6 personnes dont deux en décalage horaire, ce n'est pas facile. Le site extranet, quelques plantage du site extranet. Point positif : La disponibilité de Mme Hirano et de l'équipe en général, super réactive, qui nous ont aidé à corriger nos erreurs pour aboutir à la location. Merci à elles, c'est tellement bien d'avoir des humains au bout du fil ! Ne changer surtout pas ça :-)

Could do a bit better with responding to my emails and answering my queries about fixing the paint problem in the bathroom. Otherwise, people are nice, friendly and helpful.

Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.
