Nous avons eu une bonne expérience tout au long du processus de location avec l'équipe de Lodgis. La communication a été fluide et efficace, rendant la procédure simple et agréable. Nous remercions l'équipe pour son accompagnement.

Bonnes échanges avec Solange. Par contre, pas toujours facile d'y voir clair sur les appartements réellement dispo (ex: visibles sur la plateforme mais contrat en cours; dont le proprio ne repond pas ..) Il aura fallu quelques allers retours de liste de 5 voeux pour arriver à trouver notre appartement

If you're considering Lodgis, I'd strongly reconsider, especially if you don’t speak French. I chose them (1) bc they claimed they speak English / can serve non-French speakers and (2) I desperately needed to find a flat and was striking out with other agencies. The Good: - They have a lot of inventory. - Their website is well-designed and gives the impression that they’re organized and professional. The Bad: - Terrible communication. I frequently had to follow up multiple times to get basic answers. - Hidden fees. For example, a weekend check-out will cost you an extra 150€, and your rent can unexpectedly increase due to seasonal changes in electricity bills. -Disorganized processes. I checked in with the landlady but *had* to check out with the agency—no consistency. Overall, my experience with Lodgis was frustrating and disappointing. France may not be known for stellar customer service, but Lodgis takes it to a new low.

I'm so grateful and thankful for Mrs Mariana, she is very helpful and supportive, facilitated everything and she is following up all procedures from start to the end perfectly. Also generally, the overall experience is so good, everything went easy even the payment wasn't so complicated, the processing is very smooth.
