Good, the aprtment was recommended as a previous choice had proved unavailable. Replies were prompt, especially given time zone differences with Australia. A little more explanation on processes to finalise the deal etc could be developed as a standard eamil Pleased that the phone contact had an english menu which meant queries could be handled quickly. My consultant Akemi Hirano was very good.

excellent followup by email; in person meeting to take possession of apartment went very well.

Enormously helpful. We were looking at another apartment, it was unavailable and they directed us to this one. They answered all our questions immediately and walked us through the process with ease. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
